Questions? Try the Software Answer Network (SWAN)
Announcing a new resource for Business Partners with technical questions. The Software Answer Network (SWAN) is a question-and-answer service for inquiries
on Rational software products typically related to pre-sales questions around sales, strategy and technical
areas. Partners access SWAN from the BPQA Interface. If no answer is found, you can specify question type (sales, strategy,
technical), brand/products, geography as well as the requested service level (1 day, 2 day, 5 day or other.) SWAN is available to Advanced & Premier level Business Partners and Value
Added Distributors. Member level Business Partners who have purchased the Value Package can also ask a new question using SWAN.

The new Grow Your Deal Size tool is designed to improve your success in delivering sales
orders with multiple Rational products. To help your expand your sales base and leads, IBM has introduced the Grow Your Deal Size tool. This resource provides sales teams and Business Partners with real-time support
to expand their deals by identifying and selling complimentary offerings. It has a simple interface that utilizes customer
pain point probing questions to identify complementary offerings and then provides a rich set of targeted resources around
these products.
